b16 SIR II into a 91 crx

i have a b16 SIR I in my car now and im getitng an SIR II for cheap

i wanted to kno if i could run the motor obd0 (by using my dist., ecu, injectors, alt., 2 o2 sensors etc.)?

and later on when i get money together i will convert to obd1

all i really want to kno is will the engine preform good running obd0?

any help would be great

No the difference is not just for emissions, Im not sure about performance, as i have never seen nor heard or a dyno done between obds, but it will run smoother obd1 than obd0.
