b16 swap probs

i have a b16a swap in a 90 civic hatch i bought it with the swap done it was not done very well i work at checker auto in utah so i know about basic car but i have loved hondas but anyway the wiring is messed i have a pwo ecu with the ecu haness connectors cut and spliced into the harness on the car cuz it is not a obd0 engine but it is an obd0 car what will be the easist way to fix this i have bought 4 wiring harnesses not are the right one i think it might be a jdm engine my boss at work has been helping me but we are both stupped...?????? any suggestions?

sorry i have a p28 chipped ecu for it i am trying to install but cant get the wiring right and my vtec will not engadge but i dont think the ecu supports it??

easiest way to fix somebody's headache that is now yours if you wanna keep it - rewire everything to OBD1.
