b16a build hard to turn over

ive just finished a cam install on my b16. ive noticed its a lil hard to turn over by hand. ive torqued the cam caps and set the timing marks correct. so i was wondering whats a normal amount of pressure required to turn it over by hand? even with the plugs removed it seems the effort is still a lil excessive

maybe its ok then.. i mean it turns over fine and such just seemed i was having to turn the ratchet really hard..
