B16a cable trans on a b18c1 block?

anybody use this setup before? will it work? I have and am trying this setup and it seems like the trans shaft isnt as long as it should be so the throwout bearing isnt making contact. any help apreciated.

Ill work 100% i have a DA with 95 Gs-R with JDM B16 cable tranny....just slam it in and you have hella fun man trust me....^_^

all b series parts are compatible with one another. only modifications required in ls/b20 vtec. dosnt work with 3rd gen prelude b series tho.

I installed the trans and it still feels like clucth isnt engaging. I can lift the clutch arm all the way with my hand. So i believe i have a problem somwhere. Salvador what clutch , press plate and flywheel are you using?

the stock gsr one, clutch dosent matter, adjust your clutch cable. if it still dosent grab then your cable is over stretch and you need to get another one from junk yard. but try to adjust first.
