That shouldn't stop you; It's just a quick 3,500 mile trip. Nothing too major.

i only have it on Tallyimports.com,Tampa Racing and HS. I'm gonna post it up on the local ads here in the tally.

I really wanna build another b-series. actually a turbo b- series. A 450hp playtoy. But i also want a DD for going to work. ahhh decisions.

I have the car.i just need the motor. OR i can use the money to get a beater with A/C.

screw it i'll just keep it. If someone will give me 3k or 2500 up front i'll take it. But i'm in no hurry.

Nice ride. gl w/ sale. Def my favorite honda model ever.

This is probably a n00b question, but what is the advantage of that super short intake? I dig it, but it looks like it want some kind of hole in the hood for fresh air.

    Initiating threadjack....now.

Theres no advantage to it. He just didn't have a tube to put on there.
Ambient air in the engine bay isn't as "hot" as you might think. Constant air flow is cooling the air in ur bay as your driving, and if you put a digital thermometer in the bay and read it in the cabin as your driving down the road, you'll notice that it's maybe 5-10* hotter. If that! (I've actually read a very informative thread about this on Team-Integra... but I can't find it. I think it was about the whole 'cold-air vs. short ram' thing...)

Oh. I wonder how it would effect the sound of the motor.
    :toot:
I think if I get a K&N I'll try this out. It looks kind of badass in an old skool hot rod kind of way.
    :cool3:

    Will research.

I've heard that cold-air can potentially inhale water and choke motor.

it sounds badass. when i had my lsvtec in the car and when vtec engaged you'd swear you were inside the head itself. the vtec crossover was so loud it felt great.:D that was a fully built lsv with skunk2 stage cams. it was sick

i have a tube in the back seat but the cheapo filter had metal for the surround and it would have sctached the paint off. i kinda want to put the oem air box back in. I want it to look like the motor came in there from the factory. its my style.

Stupid work computer won't load the pics....damitall!

Well, too loud = not my style. IMHO, no need to shout.

What I'm running right now w/ drop in K&N. Wanting to go for some kind of undercover cold-air...so it looks like stock box but breathes a little better. I've seen top half of box flipped around and mated to aftermarket hood scoop. Kinda cool.

    Good luck w/ sale.
