I'm looking at motor swaps for my 95 hatch and i'm on hmotorsonline and theres a few types of j-spec b16's. i'm interested in two of them: the b16a from a 92-93 integra (xsi) with the same horsepower and torque but for $450 cheaper than a b16a from a 92-95 sirII. if they have the same horsepower and torque why the price difference?

You need the 92-95 motor because it comes with the hydraulic transmission thats compatible with your car. The older cable trannies in the da integras will require a conversion kit. Also, the mounts from the 92-95 sirII are the ones you need.

ya u need the hydralic cluth for sure cause everythig is opposite with cable totall head ache not worth it at all

thanks guys. guess it'll be the sirII going in the HatchBlack. appreciate the help
