hi,

I searched the forums already, but couldn't find a clear answer to, if there will be a clearance issue with the pistons hitting the intake and exhasut valves.

Here's my setup:
ITR Pistons
ITR Intake & Exhuast Valves
Skunk 2 Stage 2 Cams
Skunk 2 Valve Springs

What kind of octane gas will I need to run with this setup?
 
You could always clay the assembly and find out that way. What is hte projected CR with the ITR's? Probably close to stock ITR CR, right? So, you would need lets go with premium.

will the b16a (pr3) fit the b18c rods or do I have to use the b16a rods? I heard the cr will be 11.1:1
 
I think you have to shave the rods to make em fit the pistons, im not sure.
