B16a Sir2 92 Civic Cx O2 Sensor Wiring

How do I wire the 4 wire o2 sensor to my original cx harness that has the single wire o2 sensor? Do I run the wires directly to the ecu? If so where are the pin-outs for the 02 sensor? Or is there a simple way of wiring the 4 wires into the harness?

in the faq forum, i posted up about how to do it with a vx 5-wire. you're basically doing the same thing.
