B16a swap into obd2b civic

thank you for reading I have a 99 ex and a jdm b16a with . I'm confused what to do with the harness. i have a harness from a obd2b ex .I think its an auto harness because 3 wire plug for iacv. what mods other than dizzy alt and injectors would i need to do to make it work with either obd1 p28 or jdm p30 ecu. Does anything else thing need to be wired in (ks or vtps). Still young and learning. and if it were a manual harness what would need to be done.I want to see if i can even use the harness if it is a auto because I'm not sure if its auto harness or manual. Any Help Will be greatly Appreciated , Thanks

Which gen jdm b16a? That's the biggest deciding factor.

An auto harness will just have extra un-used plugs for the tranny stuff, it shouldn't matter from a strictly manual vs auto factor.
