b16a torque specs

i was wondering if anybody knows the torque specs for a jdm b16a head.... i need the head bolts specs and the camshafts specs.....

well duh.... but would it be in there cuz its jdm......... i lost mine so i cant look until i go buy one... i just wanted to see if anybody know...... sorry
