We're building the b16 again for a little more power lol .we are changing pretty much everything , oil pump , adding darton sleeves , cp pistons , acl race bearings , eagle rods , arp head studs , and we are planning to get at least 550whp . but I don't know if the crankshaft can hold the stress . what do you guys think ?

Youll be fine. I wouldnt expect the stock crank to present any problems until you get well into the 700+ range
