b16a xsi or b18c1?

    i can get a b16a xsi for 1799.00 and a b18c1 for 3199.00. both are complete swaps and have everythnig i need but what would be a better setup? the b16 xsi is 170hp compared to the normal sir wich is 160hp and if course we all know the b18c1 so yeah the 10hp difference is a waste of money to me. i wanted to know if the b18c1 is really worth the extra money?

    i'm gonig to fully build it also. thanks for any help or opinions. thanks

    you dont buy the b18c1 for the extra 10 hp.
    you buy it for the torque.

    1.6L will not make a honda go fast... i wasted my money on a b16 swap into a del sol and it was slow as hell...

    then i went to the ls/vtec setup.. it was cool... for awhile... now its time to move on.

    spend the cheese get the 1.8L at LEAST

    actually i plan on selling the bottom end and getting a b18c bottom before i even put it it so i think htats hte new plan.

    why would you ditch teh ls/vtec?

    i want something new, somethings still with 2 seats and still a honda... any ideas?
