Could anyone tell me if it would be difficult to swap a B16A1 into a 97 Civic DX, and what would I have to change, I understand that those engine are a direct bolt-in and I can get one cheap , $650 and I know it would be a great upgrade for my 97 Civic, please advise thanks

it would be the hardest swap ever. well, close to it anyway.

    its probably the worst choice.

Basically it would be a wiring nightmare and just getting everything to work would probably require a hand from god himself. Your taking a OBD0 engine and putting it in an OBD2 car. That should tell you to not do it right there. Go find yourself some other engine or better yet, use the search button to research.
