b16a1 problem

I swaped my car s engine (d13 b1) with b 16 a 1,my b16 a1 came with an incomplete wire harness. It s missing the wires that go to the dash fusebox. I ve connected them all following the manual,and i ve also added the main relay. Whwn i try to start the engine the fuel pomp works,the engine has no spark or it gets one spark. Check engine doesn t stay on,and i get no error code from the ecu. If I disconnect a sensor from the intake body I get an error code. Can anyone help?

where did you get the manual from as i have a incomplete loom too

I`ve checked all the wiering again, replaced the starter unit, distribuitor cap, and only 2 spark plugs are fireing. Somebody?
