not being able to EVER hit 3 digits in the city ..........anywhere............ever
its soooo much fun,

if he knows how to build a motor, then definately take the B18 block and get it port matched to the head and get the ever seductive LS/Vtec

i personally (being Barely 18 and not knowing how to build a motor) would just go for exactly what he did, B16a1.
 
if your gonna boost go with the b16 and the ls tranny because of the longer gear ratio. you can run 9psi all day on the street, but if your gonna go all motor go with the ls, and put some b16a pistons in and it will pull on b16 hatchs on gsr tegs all day long. if you got some money go all out LS/vtec theres nothin better...torque plus top end= a beautifull thing. :worthy:
