b16a1 wiring issue

    ok, all the documents on how to wire up your b16a1 into a 4th gen si say that you need to extract the pins from b5 and b19 and replace them with the vtec blah blah blah, thats not my question. my question is that when i unpluged the harness from the ecu i found that there were no wires or pins leading into b5 and b19 for me to replace.....Is this at all normal?

    who cares, just put in the new pins. Your going to replace them anyway.

    ON the 4th gen si there should be a wire for the alternator at b5 and at b19 there should be one for the ELD, both are not needed. Now The 85'-87' si didn't have these wires.

    thats the thing, i know there should be but theres nothing there, not even the pins....oh well i guess ill see what happens when i fire it up tomorrow
