b16a2 engine build...high hp setups

am a new tuner looking to build a b16a2. am looking for 300-350hp range, linear acceleration, and maintain that b16 click at 5500rpm. am looking for people's driving impressions with various high hp setups.
am planning on a complete engine rebuild/reinforcement and am strongly considering going with a turbo. what types of setups can deliver power in this range and still function in rain and daily use?

Linear acceleration = supercharger setup...

Sleeve it and bore to 84mm, forged rods, forged low compression pistons, block girdle, JR supercharger at 11-13 PSI, hondata, gsr tranny w/LSD, ARP everywhere, and you're all set....

That would put you into the high 200's as far as hp goes and it would be stupid sick.
