b16a2 OBD2 to B18c OBD2

Hi guys iam new on this forum....

Well iam runing a b16a2 with OBD2 ecu

i bought a B18c which had no ECU and found tht my b16 OBD2 ecu fits the 3 Plugs

of the B18c wiring

CAN I USE MY B16A2 ECU ON THE B18C?

WILL THE B18C LACKS POWER WITH THE B16A2 ECU?WOT CAN B DONE IF IT LACKS POWER?

OR IF EVER I USE A B18C ECU(OBD2) ON MY B16A2(OBD2) WILL I GAIN ANY POWER...?

The b16a2 ECU will activate vtec at a later point, 5500 rpm instead of 4000 rpm. Find a b18c ecu or a p28 and chip it.
