im about to swap a b16a2 (obd2b) into my 97dx (obd2a) i just had a few question. Im using an obd1 jumper harness also with a chipped p28. im using my dx wiring harness. Is there anyway i could use my existing distributor? Could i use the internals of a gsr distributor(obd1) for my dx harness? Would it be worth the money to just go and buy an ex harness? I know with the dx i will have to wire in vtec and change the iac plug. Does anyone know if the dx harness already has vtec wired in? someone told me that they might because my dx cluster didnt have a tach and i bought a ctr cluster one and the plugs for my dx cluster plugged right into my ctr one and the tach works cuz it already had it wired in. im not sure if it would be worth the money to go out and spend the money on an ex harness or just wiring in vtec and iac fix. If anyone could help or has done thins swap some info would be greatly appreciated
