hey guys i just came across a 91 civic si with a d16a6 motor in it. i live in cali and im trying to figure out if a b16a2 from a 2000 civic si would be passable with smogging. obviously its a ton of money and i wouldnt want to go through all this and get a red flag and have to change it all back. anyone on here have this setup in cali? thanks jon
