JG did theirs to 63-64 mm. That's aobut as far as they can go. BUT, don't do it on your own. There's no point, because without a properly sized throttle plate, you're either have a "vacuum leak" and a high idle, or the throttle body will just end up being the stock 58(?)mm opening, with no increase in airflow.
Sent it to a professional shop, or buy one from Holley, Edelbrock, or a handful of other companies who make Honda TB's.
