b16a2 with b18c4 cams setup help

hey guys as you know i have a b18c4 engine i got hatch now and want to put in a b16a2 but want to know what will happen if i was to put b18c4 cams in it thanks guys.;)

It's the European equivalent of the GSR I believe.. the B18 cams will make more power and I would definitely install them if you have some. The B16a cams are the worst performing VTEC cams that I know of.
 
I dont wanna sound like an idiot or anything but what are c4 cams? I know the c1 is type r...
c1 is a GSR... C5 is USDM Type R

GSR cams in a B16 are a slight upgrade but nothing to write home to about. I put GSR cams in my B16 before I got a set of ITR's and the gains were slightly noticable, nothing great though.

and yes, the c4 is equivilent to the c1 we get here in the states.
 
thanks guys one more thing would i need to change anything else apart from the cams from the b18c4 to the b16a2 ?
 
not really. You could go get some itr valve springs just for in case. A tune will really make you feel those cams. Not needed but if you have access you would get a better feel.
