i have a 95 del sol an di want to knwo if hte motor in it is stock i was told that it was all stock but the number on the block says b16a6 and i thought that a6 was 96 and newer civics... im confused. and if it is stock what is a better motor a b16a6 or a b16a3? thanks

I've never heard of an A6 for a b series. Are you sure it is not a D16A6?

Is your engine single or dual overhead?

Well a slightly better motor would be a B16A (with no number) as it is 10.4:1 compression, and would be a direct bolt in. A B16B is even better. There's lots of better motors. B18's. K20's, K24's. Look in our reference section. There's always turbo for ya anyway if you want more power...

same as an a3. that isnt the stock motor, if you didnt notice from that excerpt
