b16b vs b18c(94-97)gsr

I have a 96 dx coupe ready for a swap soon. I noticed on hmotors online the b16b is $700 more than the gsr. Which one would be better for my car?

get the gsr swap with a LSD, then take to 700 dollors you save and make your gsr swap faster.

b16b...overrated

I would defenitly get a GSR over an b16. Actually I would take an LS over any b16.

The only benefit of having a b16b is to say you have one. My friend has a b16b in his 98 EX...not very impressed, with a gsr you have more room to play with as far as compression(turbo...etc.) and parts.

No, B16B = over priced.

It's a great motor, a destroked B18C5 but the damn TypeARRRR monikor still nets money, so the GSR is the better bet for a good starting base.
