b17 civic fuel pump

i got a b17 in a 92 civic hatch...here recently when i drive it hard or redline it once or twice after i'm done and go back to normal driving...the car seems to lose fuel pressure or something...its as if i turned the car off with it still in gear..when i press the gas nothin happens but if i wait a few seconds it will kick back in and start givin it gas again..i was wonderin if anybody else had had this problem..and if it could be a sign of my fuel pump goin bad

i have had the same problem kind of, next time you get a chance redline or rev it hard and see if it does it again and have a buddy pinch the fuel return line and see if it still does it if it does time to get a new FPR!

FWIW D series fuel pumps suck badly. Getting a B series pump or a Walboro should help out.

I have no problems with my CX pump on my B16A2.
