B18 A1 block to a B16 vtec head conversion.. what do i need?

what do i need to hook up a B16 vtec head to my B18A1 non vtec LS and how much would that cost for the stuff need to make it hook up and run

so hey man did you ever get you conversion done .. im trying to do the same thing but some people are saying i can and some cant so i dont know.. if you did tell me everything you had to do? thanks
