Two options: convert to obd0 (using an obd0 distributor, intake manifold, and ecu) or stay with obd1 (using an obd1 distributor, intake manifold, and ecu). Use the b18a1 resistor box for the obd you're going to keep, and you should be able to use the stock CRX DX wiring harness, as long as it's converted to MPFI (someone correct me if I'm wrong). If you haven't converted to MPFI already, google DPFI to MPFI and you'll find a wealth of information on it.

It depends on the wiring harness you're using. I'm not 100% sure on this, but I'm under the impression that if you treat an obd1 motor like it's obd0 and send it the correct signals, using obd0 hardware, it'll run like an obd0 engine. If you'd rather go the 'safe' route, contact RyWire for specifics.

i think i will try to keep it obd0 and get ahold of another dx harness because i dont have mine anymore.are you sure the dx harness will plug right into it besides the dpfi-mpfi part?

No. The obd1 b18a1 may have different sensors entirely. I know the obd0 one pretty much inside and out, but I don't know what the differences actually are between the two. I say google it up, come back with your results and post what you find.
