whats the difference between the 92-93 B18 and the 94-00 B18 both non vtec. Are any of these parts swapable?
 
so same engine as far as major componets ( cams, manifolds, pistons, tranny...)

Yes, all the major parts are interchangable, note some sensors have different part numbers between 1990/1991, 1992/1993, 1994/1996, 1997-00
Make sure you are using the correct fuel injectors as well, b18 LS blocks came with obd0, obd1 and obd2 depending on what year.
OBD1 and OBD2 parts I am not sure of, I have a 93 head on a 95 block with a 94 intake manifold and a 92 T/B (don't ask) everything worked great, but make sure to port match.

DO NOT MIX ROD CAPS OR MAIN CAPS keep rod caps with their specific rods, keep main caps with their specific block, lest you may run into problems with clearances.
