B18 question.....

This may be a dumb question, but I have a B18B( 94 integra LS) and I was wondering if Its a dumb idea to change to a B18a( SHort block). I know there the same but I wasnt sure if there would be any issues because my teg is the obd2 (3rd gen where as the B18a is off a 93( 2nd generation) I was going to use the small block with my LS head and tranny...Wanted to make sure this for one ok and also will it work ok...Im no honda-tech. Ask me how to carbon fiber your whole interior or mold fiberglass. When it comes to motors im in the dark..

Yea, you can do it. I think it will lower your compression a bit. Unless there's something wrong with your current block it's pointless.
