i have read alot of articles saying that b18a are one of the most difficult engines to put in a 92-95 civic?? why is this?? if i get a obd-1 b18a out of a 92-93 teg, is it still gonna be a complicated swap?? and what do you guys mean by difficult?? whats so difficult about it??

if its obd1, whats so difficult about it.. you just need the correct mounts, axles, shift linkage and ecu.. that should be it.. but you'd need a hydro tranny, that might be why some people think its difficult because the 92-93 tegs came with a cable tranny and you'd need the cable to hydro conversion..

^ lol!! thanks

yea i'm asking about the obd1 b18a that came in the 91-93 tegs?, on those "easy swaps" threads or w/e they say that the only easy b18 swap in a 5th gen is the b18b! whats wrong with the obd1 b18a?? its only a 10hp diff, but idc about hte hp since i'm boosting!! i currently have a turbo z6 btw!!
