I'm building Lsvtec in my ef and I was wondering what do I do about the knock sensor since I'm using a b18a block?
 
youll need a chipped ecu with it disabled....i dont run that or O2
 
depending on your ECU, you can run the knock wire from the ecu to a ground. but that has only worked half the time i've seen it done. Sometimes the car runs fine, sometimes the timing gets retarded even without throwing a CEL. i'd just get a chipped ecu like formby said, but that's IMO.
 
leave it unplugged, disabled it in your prgram. a stock ecu won't be that great for you anyway, so you're going to want to get a tune on there
 
Well I'm going to boost and tune with hondata will I be able to adjust my knock sensor prob with it?
