k new q. block guard or t-sleeve, and if t-sleeve where should i go for them?

just order a block guard and make good friends with a machine shop. beware however that block guards can be prone to causing cooling issues. so you might make sure you have a good radiator or at least an efficient cooling setup.
 
here is wat i have chosen so far:

1) Resleeving and bore to 83mm

2) arias 9.0:1 pistons, scat stock-length rods

3) t3/t4 turbo, .63A/R, 57 trim @ 24 psi(at track w/118 oct)

4) Crower turbo cams, Crower dual vlave sreing, titanium retainer, crower stainless valves

5) AEM plug and play comp

6) 750 cc injectors

7) 70mm throttle body

how does this sound so far?
 
well was planning on ordering sleeves from JG engine dynamics or AEBS then getting my machine shop up here as they are in california and im in Toronto, Canada. JG Sleeves can be bored from 81mm to 86mm. Is there a more simple or cheaper way, the sleeves from my machine shop are more $$$ then ordering them and then getting the shop to install them
