but, if you dont know the basics of engine building, dont do a head swap. seriously. its not as easy as bolting on the b16, b18c1 or b18c5 cylinder head to the ls b18b, b18a or b20b b20z block, there's machining and such that needs to be done.
Or you could get one of those lsvtec conversion kits..However when I built mine I followed the steps on the c-speedracing.com and took it to a machine shop..
