B18a1 head swap question

what vtec head would be best for a b18a1?

can you use a b16a head on a b18a1 bottom-end? I thought that I heard that you can but I don't know for sure and what parts you need to do this

its called LSVTEC dude. and yes you can use a b16 head. this topic is covered like 1 a month.

this is honda-tech so you arent going to get a shit load of assholes saying 'search' or shit like that.

but, if you dont know the basics of engine building, dont do a head swap. seriously. its not as easy as bolting on the b16, b18c1 or b18c5 cylinder head to the ls b18b, b18a or b20b b20z block, there's machining and such that needs to be done.

Or you could get one of those lsvtec conversion kits..However when I built mine I followed the steps on the c-speedracing.com and took it to a machine shop..
