Do work
Yesterday me and some buddies pulled the ls motor out of his teg, he shot a rod through the block.

It got me thinking though, the head is still in great shape. Yeah, it's been beat a little but the car has around 90k miles on it. I don't know much about full on swaps like this but I know my other friend's gs pulls pretty hard for a non-vtec. They both have the same motors, and given the opportunity to pick up a bottom end for the head, how difficult would it be to drop the ls motor in the crx? its a 1990 crx si, 1.6 sohc d16a6 for anyone who doesn't also have that engraved in their brain.

I'm probably just being stupid and wanting to do something else not worth the effort, kinda like putting an accord sohc vtec in the rex. Bad idea ha. But for some reason i think this might work.

If it is possible, what all shit would I need?

Yeah... Get a set of mounts, shift linkage, and the ECU. You should be all set.

Very, very easy swap. You have to "massage" one section of the engine bay to make things fit, but its easy.
