Question:

I am currently rebuilding a B18a1 Motor for my brothers 92 Integra - OBD1. We have been looking for a B18a1 automatic transmission for the longest time and cannot find one.

I am able to find B18b1 automatic transmissions all day long though.

My question is, will an automatic B18b1 Transmission work with a B18a1 motor?

If so, what parts will be needed to swap this over?

Ok well thats good to know they will bolt up fine, but what about swapping the speed sensor on the B18B1 Trans from electronic to cable driven? Is this something that is possible to do?

Also, what about the transmission mounts? Are they all the same?
