B18a1 pr4 head!! Obd2 INJECTOR PROBLEM!!

    OK SO I HAVE A 88 HONDA CIVIC EF HATCH.
    obd1 pr4 dizzi with obd0 to obd1 jump.
    working chipped and tuned pr4 ecu with obd0 to obd1 jump.
    car cranks but dosent start. its not off timming and i can hear the fuel pump turn on gas is going thru and all. the dizzy plugs are sparking.. OK SO WHEN I TOOK OUT THE OLD MOTOR THE ONLY THING I CHANGED ON THE ENGINE HARNESS WAS INJECTOR PLUGS THAT WHERE OBD0 AND I CUT OBD2 PLUGS OFF ANOTHER WIRE HARNES AND THEN I WIRED THE OBD2 INJECTOR CABLES JUST HOW THE OBD0 INJECTOR CABLES WHERE EVEN IN THE SAME ORDER.. WHAT ELSE WOULD I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE THE OBD2 INJETORS WORK ?

    Check residents on the injectors. Also make sure the dizzy was installed properly, my buddy some how managed to put my dizzy on with the the piece the goes into the camshaft clocked 180 degrees, car sounded like backfire but would not start.
