b18b (97 ls) into 00 civic ex...HELP!!

well i have a 00 civic ex. i have a 97 ls motor ...ecu and wiring harness...all is in, but not sure bout the wiring..does anyone have insturctions...diagrams..etc...what i need to do (differences) please give me any and all hellp with this...

and please just post answers to my qustion...not a bunch of u shoulda stuff. thanx in advance guys!

use your stock wiring harness. everything should plug right up. you'll have a couplea wires left over (vtec solenoid/vtec pressure/knock sensor(maybe, im not sure if ls's have knock sensors)). get an 00 ls ecu.

with that, everything should plug right in and run right and all.

im doing the same swap and the distributor plug is different,

can any one show pictures of the swap and the wiring?

Your own thread would yield much better results, as you would be getting answers for you specific question.

the distributor plug is different because either your car isn't an ex, or your motor isn't 96-up.

i dont meant to steal his thread, i just give him an answer about his plug and how it wont fit,

i have a 00 civic ex and the distriutor plug wont match up thats all
