b18b engine stalls under load

i have a B18B1 in my 1998 integra LS. the engine quits if i put any load on it in forward. it doesnt happen in reverse. its manual transmission so i can ease the clutch out with little gas and itll go a little. anybody know what this could be? anybody seen this before? i ruled out (by disconnecting) turbo, boost controller, extra injectors, injector controller, and alarm. i had the car up to about 40mph but it took me forever. thanks.

Fuel clog maybe, cant get enough fuel when you give it gas. Can you rev it up high fine in neutral? Ignition timing?

revs high in neutral, runs fine in reverse.

UPDATE:

turns out it was the TPS. i installed a turbo last summer and one of the braided fuel lines was riding on one of the TPS wires. the wire wore through and was touching the fuel line, grounding the TPS signal.
