how much to build the block depends on how much boost which depends on the turbo.
    you need to start backwards.

so you want a fast street car?

I'd do rods/pistons around 9:1 and a ks-motorsports.com DIY turbo setup with hondata.
possibly head work down the road.

if you need pistons, i have a set of rollerwaves on ebay right now!!

would increasing the bore size do anything for the turbo?
