i knew that the b18c5 had a higher compression ratio, but if you were going to boost it like i want to you are going to have to get it resleeved and change out pistons anyway. i was mainly thinking about the b18c5 cause i have heard that they have a little bit better of a head on it and i was think that that might save me some work. true that na might be more reliable but most of the time you can get better times out of a forced induction car. what i didn't know much about was the cams in the itr, i know that their more aggrestive than the gsr but are they too aggrestive for a boosted car?

With an aggressive valvetrain there will be more overlap which is NOT good for turbo. I have heard of people disengaging the VTEC on their B18c when they turbo it.

i thought the b18c cams had very little overlap and was a good vtec/turbo cam to use???
