Can anyone tell me if it would be difficult to swap a B18B1 (OBD1) into a 96 Civic DX, would there be massive wiring issues, could I use a OBD2 ecu from a 96 up integra engine (b18b1) and I have heard of people swapping B16A (OBD1)into 96-2000 hondas and that it is not a big deal can someone shed some light on this type swap, any help would be appreciated , thanks to all

there's 2 ways to do this.

the expensive way is to run the obd2 ecu, and swap out the dizzy, alternator, injectors for obd2 parts

the better way is to conver the car to obd1. run an obd1 ecu with a Kenji wire harness conversion. but this way is harder to do. getting a 96-98 LS engine harness will make your life a lot easier, but then you still have to swap the plugs out on the same items above.
