Hey.. i just bought my 95 integra ls, and i was wondering what cams people use in ls's and i see how people run ls's to 8 or 9 thousand rpms and i cant see how this would be safe with the ls having a poor rod stroke ratio, is this safe.

the RS is nothing to worry about
    get good rods
    get ARP studs

    for cams go with Crower
same with the rest of the valvetrain
    a PnP would help
as would a skunk2 intake manifold
