And I went with the P30 pistons because when I bought the engine cylinder #3 was scarred bad, and I had the machine shop bore it to those cause I got the whole set for 50 bucks from my buddy in my car club

gonna need to throw on a better mani and header to free up some ponies, also a nice tall cam.

You will like the torque and midrange on this.

im actually thing when I get the time making a custom intake mani, ive seen plenty of threads on how to online, and yea its deff getting a header, i just threw everything on it to take some pics of it finally put together, it seems funny cause its been in peices over the last like 2 months in my garage and its all together now, when i pull some money out of my ass here soon im thinking abt getting some toda cams or skunk 2 pro 2, whichever I can get a better deal on, and im pretty sure its gonna b the skunks

I dont think S2 or Toda make cams for the Ls motor. You should check out Crower for non Vtec cams, the 403 and 404 cams are great street cams and make some good power. Unless you are building Vtec head for it also. Nice little build up, you will be happy with extra power the P30 pistons will give you.

dont make the same mistake I did, I went with the 403's when i should have gone with the 404. 403 is a great cam but 404 will put out more power.

I agree 404s will give you the most power for your set up and the cost is almost the same for the 403s. And if tuned right the 404 will still idle close to a stock cam. Be sure to get adjustable cam gears to get the most out of the cams.
