B18C or H22A into a 96' Hatch

hey, i got a 96' hatch and wanna do a swap. im not sure if i should do the B18c or H22A. this is gonna be my daily driver so im leaning towards B18C. what EXACTLY will i need for the B18C. i got a sorta large budget (5k about) and also if anyone knows a good shop in south florida it would be a great help. thanks max
 
how do i know if its OBD1 or OBD2. they shop im gonna buy from said they are eather or, so what can i do to tell the difference?
 
easiest way is by looking at the distributor

OBD-1 will have 2 plugs
OBD-2 will have 1 plug
