Im getting a good price on a b18c long block that a freind was gunna swap before he got a dui this last weekend and i think imll get on it. Im stil planning on getting the hmotorsonline full sir1 swap and (if i get the b18c) parting out the b16 long block. My question is, with the pr3 ecu and sir1 dizzy, will the gsr run decent or should i convert the damn thing to obd1? If so, what should i look at swapping to make that possible? TIA, yall always seem to come through.
 
there is absolutely no reason to convert it to obd1. i dont care what anyone says i have dynoed cars both ways... use the sir distributor,injectors, and ecu it will run awsome.
 
Will i have to use the b16 manifold as well? I was under the impression that the obd 0s had an additional o2 sensor.
