So this might be a dumb question but anowho. I was looking to see where the timing belongs and I get several answers. Most of which say the red marker on the crank. Is this true? BTW this is for a 94 JDM B18c. Im trying to get this d@mn thing running again and just want to make sure everything is done right and how it's supposed to be.

on the crank pully there are 4 marks, 1 is off to the side, and it should be white, this is top dead center, about 14 degrees from that there are 3 marks right next to eachother, the middle of these 3 is red and is where your timing should be set.
If there is no longer any paint left on the mark, then get something to highlight it so you can see it with the timing light. Use a crayon or a paint marker
