b18c1 higher rpm

if i wanted to raise my rpm and raise power being created at rpm. wat would i need to get? like just all new (higher performance) vavletrain parts

would it be just better to buy a b18c5? would i save money

well its my first project and i got a integra shell. so im not sure what to do with it. put it a b18c1 or b18c5. so i got alot to do. and i only have 5000$ to spend on it for like another 4months so if i get th type r ill have to wait to lower it and paint it and other stuff. but if i get the gsr i can do that right away... i think the gsr is a good start. if i put like 2000km more on the engine how much could i sell it for??
