B18c1 tranny fluid???

Hi, i have a gsr hatch with the b18c1 tranny aswell. This is my first honda and i wanted to change the tranny fluid but dont kno what to put in. I see honda mtf or gm syncromesh, but what weight for either? and roughly 2 quarts?? thankx

2.5 qrts .. and i'd use the Honda MTF unless your tranny is a little rough, then i'd use the GM Synchromesh

And are those only available at honda and gm? or can i get them at like advanced or auto zone ?
