b20/b16 leaking compression

Have a b16a head on a b20b block, missing bad, compression tests results: 180 150 90 0 ( 1 2 3 4 respectively in honda order) any idea what compression leak could be or next step in diagnosing? Any help appreciated.
 
Sounds almost like you might have some bent valves. Have someone do a leakdown test to pinpoint the leak.
 
used a new cometic MLS 84mm nonvtec block to vtec head gasket

but it is leaking oil externally onto the block, under the head gasket.
 
Yeah, sounds like hg, notice the low compression on 3 as well. Could be dirty mating surfaces, warped head/block... etc.
 
head was decked,

i just pulled the valve cover, only thing i can notice irregular was one of the valves on the 3rd cylinder of the exhaust side was a little higher then its pair,

other then that I cannot see anything wrong then again I havent seen many cylinder heads.
