So the other day, me and my buddy where talking about plans on what we wanted to do with our cars, mine a civic and swapping in a b16a, and him, a ITR. I brought up that I wanted to go with a b20 block, but Id like more displacment if possible. He agreed, but this is my question....

Can you bore or stroke a b20 to a 2.2 or 2.3 and still turbo it with out having to worry about bridging the sleeves? I want to do this for the torque increase.
 
You can boost it at that ridiculous bore- but it won't last for very long. I wouldn't do it. Keep it at 2.0.
